Live Video Stretch Breaks and Meditation Sessions

As we continue to find ourselves juggling work, family and uncertainty, KGA invites you to The Daily Break! Everyday, we will provide a 15-minute stretch break and/or meditation session.

Let's all get through this winter and into spring together! The Daily Break will be offered through May 2021

Registration is free. View the schedule and register for the sessions below. Participate as often as you like. Family members are also welcome!

Stretch Break

In these sessions participants will be guided through a gentle, 15-minute stretch program geared toward relieving muscular aches and pains, as well as ergonomic tips to help make you as comfortable as possible at your workstation. The stretch break will help you feel relaxed, renewed and refreshed!

Mini-Meditation Session

Meditation can help quiet our thoughts of worry, anxiety and stress. Learn different meditation techniques, including mindfulness, breathing techniques and guided imagery. Leave each session with increased clarity and calm.
