Effective Conflict Resolution

This workshop teaches managers to identify, defuse and address workplace conflict.聽 Highlighted are the skills and value necessary to ensure personal dignity is protected, productive outcomes are found, and appropriate discourse is modeled.聽 Participants will learn and practice skills to address interpersonal conflict.
