On October 1, 2026, Harvard’s Employee Assistance Program transitioned from KGA to SupportLinc, provided by CuraLinc Healthcare. This change brings you continued access to confidential care and everyday resources, now with easier access, digital tools, and flexible support at no cost to eligible members. Connect with a counselor, use self-guided programs, and explore resources tailored to your goals and needs.
During and after this transition, you’ll continue to have access to confidential care and resource and referral services. The phone number will remain the same: 877-EAP-HARV (877-327-4278). To start or continue accessing care and services through Harvard’s Employee Assistance Program, you will need to visit the portal and complete a quick registration to set up your SupportLinc account.
