Website or through our other Services, how we use this information, and under what
circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy
applies only to information we access or collect through the our Services, and does
not apply to your use of non-KGA websites or services, such as HeyPeers or
BetterHelp, which are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use.
This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use (also available at the bottom of
each page of our Website, our apps, or our platforms and applicable to all of our
Services), sets forth the rules and policies governing your use of our Services.
Depending on your activities when visiting or speaking with us, you may be required

KGA’s Use and Disclosure of Non-Personally Identifying Information
Like most website operators, KGA collects non-personally identifying (“non-

With the express consent of the user, a KGA counselor has the ability to view a user’s last journal entry only.

With the express consent of the user, a user can share their results with a KGA Counselor. Your results cannot be accessed based on your name, employer, the screenings you took, or any other personally-identifying information.

It is required for the user to share their delivery address with KGA during the book ordering phase.

Lastly, KGA will not use or divulge your information inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, including to a user’s employer.
Security Safeguards
The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no
method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100%

protect the information that you provide to us. While we strive to use commercially

KGA, Inc. does not proactively message you beyond your initial exchange or use your number to send promotional messages.
