The mindfulness approach to time management. Most time management systems quite rightly focus on goal setting, prioritizing and interruption management. There is a lot of good in this strategy. And yet, it doesnโ€™t allow for the certainty that everything doesnโ€™t often go according to plan! Many of us wish we had more time to get it all done. While adding more hours to our day may not be possible, recent studies suggests mindfulness practitioners experience time as passing more slowly and feel less rushed as a result.
