Slowing Down with Mindfulness: 3 Week Meditation Sessions

For the first 3 Tuesdays in June, join us for 30-minute interactive workshops that focus on the nature of our thoughts and our relationships with them. Through discussion and practice, we will uncover ways to cultivate a healthier relationship with our thoughts and how to be aware of the blocks that hinder our ability to be in the moment. Participants will be guided through a meditation practice that helps us become aware of, and connect with, our thoughts.
