Busy schedules and racing thoughts too often overtake our daily routines. As we prepare for summer, join us as we incorporate mindfulness into our lives and practice slowing down to enjoy the warmer days ahead.

Every Tuesday in June, join us in this interactive workshop that focuses on the nature of our thoughts and our relationships to them. Through discussion and practice, we will uncover ways to cultivate a healthier relationship with our thoughts and how to be aware of the blocks that hinder our ability to be in the moment. Participants will be guided through a mindfulness practice that helps us become aware of, and connect with, our thoughts.
