PRACTICING MINDFULNESS CAN HELP individuals lower stress levels, improve focus and enhance creativity at work. KGA’s MyMindfulness Challenge makes it easy for organizations to introduce mindfulness as a way for employees to build resilience and manage stress. It is available to your employees today and can be integrated into existing wellness initiatives. This unique wellbeing platform provides individuals anytime access to an easy-to-use mindfulness program.

What Is It?

MyMindfulness Challenge is a four-week guided program that combines meditation practice, education about its benefits and tracking of participation and outcomes. Individuals practice mindfulness using four short meditation podcasts (4 to 8 minutes long). Participants are encouraged to engage in daily meditation practice with the freedom to proceed at their own pace.

How Does It Work?

After setting up personalized login information, individuals engage the MyMindfulness Challenge by listening to meditation podcasts on a device of their choosing. Participants start by taking a pre-assessment and then accessing the different meditations. To support engagement in the challenge, participants are emailed educational and motivational articles and audio messages about the benefits of mindfulness. Throughout the program participants are invited to journal within the platform about their experience. The challenge ends with a post-assessment. Ultimately, participants are given an opportunity to establish a mindfulness practice of their own.
