KGA’s MyMindfulness Challenge makes it easy for organizations to introduce mindfulness as a way for employees to build resilience and manage stress. It is available to your employees today and can be integrated into existing wellness initiatives. This unique wellbeing platform provides individuals anytime access to an easy-to-use mindfulness program.

What Is It?

KGA’s MyMindfulness Challenge is a four-week guided program that combines meditation practice, education, tracking of your participation and outcomes. You will be guided to practice mindfulness using four short meditation podcasts (4 to 8 minutes long). The Challenge is intended to encourage you to engage in daily meditation practice with the freedom to proceed at your own pace.

How Does It Work?

After setting up a personalized login, you will start the MyMindfulness Challenge by answering a few short questions. From there you will have access to the meditations and can begin your mindfulness practice. Articles and audio messages about the benefits of mindfulness will be emailed to you. Throughout the program you’ll be invited to make journal entries about your experience. The challenge ends by answering the same questions from the beginning to determine if the challenge was helpful. The MyMindfulness Challenge will help you to establish your own meditation practice.
