Delivering Feedback

This workshop helps managers be direct and tactful in how they conduct conversations regarding performance, workplace behavior and other situations which require feedback. Three forms of feedback are explored: affirmation, coaching/development, and evaluation.  Discussion will help to shift participants’ feedback-mindset from a dreaded conversation to a welcome gift.  Practice will focus on skills to keep defensiveness low and receptivity high during feedback.

Recording Policy: Recordings of scheduled live webinars require pre-approval from the presenter and KGA. A fee of 30% the cost of the webinar will be incurred for all recordings.
