Managing Change for Renewal and Resilience

Managing organizational change is one of the most critical and difficult capabilities to master. This interactive session will acquaint participants with two change management models and how to apply them in a variety of change scenarios.  There will be particular emphasis on the stages of change and assessing change readiness.
