This health crisis has shifted the way we work and the way we lead.  This session explores 2 specific lessons learned from 2020/2021: workplace COMMUNICATION, and CULTURE. If your team is zoom fatigued, you’re adjusting to a hybrid team, or trying to performance manage remotely, this session will help increase both your confidence and capacity to empathically people lead/manage.

  • Identify your own unique challenges as a leader over this time period.
  • Explore aspects of communication and culture that have been shifted.
  • Learn Techniques to lead with empathy and compassion.
