Family/Parenting

Better Sleep for Parents and Kids | $600

This presentation addresses the sleep needs of both adults and children. Children between birth and fifth grade are sleeping up to two hours less per night than recommended. Attendees will learn about the recommended amounts of sleep for children of various ages between birth and teenage years. We will discuss the obstacles to children's sleep and the solutions that will make a difference. Plus, learn a guided relaxation exercise teaches techniques for initiating sleep and returning to sleep.

What was once a sudden shift from working in a traditional corporate space five days a week, has now evolved into a new hybrid environment. However, the hybrid workplace, with its combination of both remote and in-person time, brings a new set of challenges. This session will present strategies to help you stay productive, successful, and connected in a hybrid work environment.
